How Do You Like Your Crazy?

Tags: Tamara Braun | Days of Our Lives Ever since Daytime Emmy winner Tamara Braun (ex-
Carly, "General Hospital") debuted as Ava Vitali, the dangerous woman from Patch Johnson's past, our "Days of Our Lives" boards have been buzzing with controversy.
No surprise -- this mob princess has wrought some serious havoc in a remarkably short time! Stalking, kidnapping, sabotaging an airplane (which led to poor Shawn Brady's tragic demise!), and, most recently, shooting Hope Brady in a violent rage.
Nevertheless, some fans are loving every minute of Ava's crime spree ... because Tamara Braun is so good at bringing the crazy.
"I'm just loving Tamara Braun's portrayal of Ava," Tnaser101 enthused: "She is at the top of her game." Subedays agreed: "Tamara is a very good actress ... I came back to 'Days' to watch her on daytime again [and] have not been disappointed." Michael19403 summed up the pro-Ava side of the argument: "One moment you can feel sorry for her, the next she can scare the crap out of you. Bravo."
Other fans adamantly disagreed. MarlenaRawks didn't hold back: "I like Tamara Braun ok, but this character of Ava just SUCKS!! Sure, Tamara plays evil psychotic really well but ... [Ava] just gets on my last nerve!!" And Anders332 took issue with Braun's portrayal: "I know she's supposed to be looney -- but her acting skills are very lacking ... in this role anyway."
Days_fan08 even went a step further: "I think that Ava has ruined the whole show." But Christine4467 was unhappy with other storylines as well: "It is without a doubt the lamest most boring storyline they have going on ... But a close second is Phillip, Chloe, and Nicole ... I find myself fast forwarding through most of it these days!"
Something tells us this debate is just heating up, but one thing's for sure -- Tamara's Ava definitely knows how to raise a ruckus. We can't wait to see what she stirs up next!
