I’m aware of some hinky things that have been going on with the site’s two media sections at OBSCURE MEDIA and TAMARA SOAP MEDIA. Apparently my host is moving servers one…more…time so that the security of the sites will be guaranteed. Fly meet ointment. TAMARA SOAP MEDIA is back and looking familiar, OBSCURE MEDIA this site’s regular media section housing all other content such as Tamara’s film, television and interview work is decidedly not its top billing. The template has been returned, however, the videos are not… well… Tamara Braun-ish. I’ve got a ticket into my hosting service one…more…time to find out what is going on. I’ll let you know when I know something which should be around the time of the next ice age. It’s been a tough week.

You might notice the posting about Tamara’s family member Lauren Spierer is on the top of the main post page. I’ve moved it up as a sticky and it will remain there until Lauren’s disposition is known. I don’t want her to be forgotten in amongst all the other posts. This is important. So starting with this post, all will be under the sticky. Thanks for understanding.

I loved todays eppy with Tamara holding her own against Joseph Mascolo (Stefano DiMera). If anything this scene should be the one that keeps her on the show. Why? Not enough really strong women on the soaps these days. I loved how Taylor under Tamara’s deft handling didn’t become another one of Stefano’s dismissals. It seemed to me that Joe Mascolo was enjoying his ‘tit-for-tat’ banter with Tamara. To me, I really feel that Tamara’s time on this show was cut way too short. She needed more time to iron out Taylor’s past idosyncracies. This episode alone should have shown why Ken Corday has made a big mistake.

On behalf of TAMARA OBSCURA, I’d like to congratulate Eden Riegel and Andrew Miller and puppy brother Riley on the birth of their first child, Jack Oscar Miller weighing in at 8lbs 14ounces. Jack was born on Saturday May 21, which makes him a Taurus/Gemini cusp. He was born at 4:07pm and was 22 inches long. For more updates on the Miller family, check out Eden’s official Twitter account . I love how she kept referring to her bump as the ‘alleged child’. Eden is so funny and so sweet. I cannot think of this happening to a lovelier couple.

My apologies for not having anything for you. I had a dentist appointment early in the morning then had to go to my mother’s to take care of some things for her. She’s 87 about to be 88 this June. She’s had a lot of health problems in the last couple of months and …. I think it’s called prioritization. I hope to have everything done and up for the weekend. I have some personal errands to run tomorrow and likely won’t get to anything much before late in the evening. As I said in my posting of 04/27/2011, I have to try to find out a better way to streamline this process. I don’t know whether to just go with the day of clips and caps, or cap the day ahead. I don’t like the non-HD quality of the day ahead episodes….so I don’t know. Anyway, all episodes will be done and up for the weekend inlcluding Monday’s day ahead so you can get the jump on the US airing.
