“A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away …..”I know, you’re expecting to hear the opening fanfare from the excellent John Williams conducted score to one of the six “Star Wars” films (whether that be original or prequels) but I’m only just now getting to the backlog. My apologies for having been gone. I know I posted last week I’d have an update, but, but, but….Ah, I just couldn’t get to it before now. I have no ‘my dog ate my homework’ excuses this time. Problem has been my arm. The doctor thinks I may have carpel tunnel considering that I have numbness in my left arm and into my thumb, so typing’s been a bit of a problem. HEALTH UPDATE: I’m feeling much better than I did last week. I was on some pretty powerful pain killers and they really decked me out for a time. I had to get off of them because they were really playing with my gastronomy. I’m on moderate things like Advil and getting considerably more sleep. It appears I have a pinched nerve in my neck, but for me, it’s a pain in the you-know-where. While the other will always be constant, I’m more concerned with the nerve. SITE UPDATE: Talk about misery loving company. My beloved four year-old Dell Inspiron laptop is dying. I’ve managed to get all my files off of it and they’re on external storage. I have a new Dell Studio 17 on order and will arrive late next week along with a lot of new toys for me to play with during my convalescence. I have all episodes capped up but not clipped to add to OBSCURE MEDIA . I won’t be able to do that until I get the new computer. The Inspiron just won’t crank out the finished file without consternation. I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow and will be home by the afternoon, in enough time to see ALL MY CHILDREN I hope to have all the relevent material up later on tomorrow night. I have about three or four articles to type up to add to the press section, and with the pain, it takes me a little longer. I have some HIRES images from Tamara’s latest outings and some HIRES stills from AMC. So bear with me as I’m begging time from my partner to use her computer. Hi there guys. I just wanted to give you an update on what’s going on with me and the site. My deepest apologies for no updates over the past while, but I’ve been really sick. I’ve got a lot of stuff for you when I get back up to speed including screencaps, clips for OBSCURE MEDIA, personal appearances, press inclusions, etc. Kitchen sink if you like. But I’ve been battling a resurgence of Fibromyaglia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, something I’ve had off and on since 1986. It just came back in a really big way plus I have no idea what I did to it, but somehow, I compressed a disc in my neck that has lead to really bad debilitating pain in my shoulder and left arm. For the most part, I’ve been on really elephant gun-like pain killers that have more or less knocked me out. I’m going for a CT scan tomorrow that should nail it down as to what is going on in there. I’m going to be working on getting the updates ready throughout tonight. I’ll see what I have for you, if not in a small way for tomorrow morning. Anyways, I’m sorry for the lack of updates. I know it’s been a long time no hear, but I’m really dealing wiht a lot of health issues right now. I came down with Fibromyalgia some time ago and for a long time was in remission. I’ve had a really bad flare up lately and as of this writing, I’m also dealing with a very painful neck injury. I’ll be going to see the doctor on Tuesday after spending about three hours in emergency on Saturday night. I promise I’ll have lots of things for you when I get back to posting and uploading. I wanted to say that I’ll be answering the comments from yesterday a little later. I was with my mom all day today and I’m tired. Still have that intestinal thingy that’s just sapping my energy and for some reason, I’m really tired. So please forgive my not answering. About today: What has Reese done to Kendall that the latter had the timerity to adopt that glowering look at a woman she knows next to nothing about? Heck, she was also glowering at Gabby…she’s a baby for crying out loud. Can this story be anything else buy in the about face? I’m getting to the point where I really want this all to be over. Why on earth set up this same-sex story then drop the ball in the bottom of the ninth with bases loaded? It makes no sense and what makes me particularly angry is that all of this is going to land solidly on Ava….er, I meant …. Reese. Sorry for the stammer but this is Days of our Lives all over again. All hate and vitriol is being aimed squarely at Tamara’s character Reese and no one else will take the fall for this one but her. It’s nonsensical and I blame only one person: Charles Pratt Jr. This storyline is moving far too quickly. Kendall is home too soon and the spoilers coming up that Kendall and Zach want Reese and Bianca out of Pine Valley and back to Paris after the wedding. What right do they have in asking this? Even if the other spoiler I read that states that it’s only Kendall, who is she to demand this? Seriously, this storyline is just so convoluted one would likely need a scorecard to keep it all straight. Rant over!
