TAMARA OBSCURA || GETTING EXCITED

Is anyone getting as excited as I am to see Tamara back? I know I am. I can hardly wait to see how she’ll look as Taylor.

Okay, random post…. just because.

      Yes, I’m very excited to see Tamara in this new role. Like you, I miss Reese too, but I can understand why Tamara didn’t jump at the chance to go back to a show that largely lied to her. Also, she stood in alliance with Eden on the damage that was done to both characters of Reese and Bianca. I don’t blame her. AMC tried to get Eden back without fixing the issues she had with the shoddy writing they were given last time out of the gate. Pratt, Frons and Carruthers really didn’t do anything to try to fix those issues Eden had, otherwise when the show moved to Los Angeles I’m sure both Eden and Tamara would have entertained the idea of rejoining. Problem was, neither could trust with the ones that were still there during the ‘groundbreaking lesbian love story’ wouldn’t screw up yet again. Look at how they’ve treated what was supposed to be the groundbreaking first gay wedding in soap history. I’m sorry to say this but Christine Lind who is playing who I’m calling NotBianca, isn’t really playing the Real Bianca, she’s playing a shell of a character and I’ll bet she’ll be written out in about six months. So what was the ‘divorce’ all for? Largely I have no faith in AMC and their handling of something so unique. And what Tamara and Eden did with what they had in the shoddy storyline and with Pratt’s stupidity in his lie about not knowing how long both Tamara and Eden had signed for, I stand with both ladies when it comes to how both they and their characters were treated.

      Now as to Tamara’s new role as Taylor, I’m waiting to find out when her actual first airdate is. I’ve been scouring the internet on all soap sites I can think of to find out. So far, nadda. When I do I’ll be sure to post here. For now though, I’m just content to know Tamara is going to be gracing us with her presence again. I’ve missed her.

      Take care and thanks for stopping by.

      Dianne
