I just found this on Tamara’s Youtube channel. It’s a video of some of the major parts of Tamara’s play TENNESSEE IN THE SUMMER that she did a couple of years back. Here she plays the part of Woman in this amazing production. She’s all sex and seduction with a good heaping helping of carnality in how she delivers her lines. What I’d kill to see is a production of another Tennessee Williams’ play “Cat on the Hot Tin Roof” with Tamara as Maggie the Cat, then with actor Treat Williams in a production of “Streetcar Named Desire”. Williams (no relation to the playwright) appeared in a stage version of it then went on to do a filmed for television version with Ann Margaret as Blanche DuBois. Tamara would fit both roles of Blanche and Maggie quite well.

If you don’t mind, I’d like to take this time to do a little back patting. On this day ten years ago TAMARA OBSCURA went online. We’ve come a very long way from our humble beginnings as a lonely, know-nothing webmaster. I had just spent five years on WEBTV teaching myself the very basics of HTML and site design. In fact the very first webhost I signed up for had a drag and drop editor with a “fill in this form” for the site to go live. I’ve learned so much since then and now ten years later I’m ten years older and ten plus sites richer…plus some fanlistings along the way. I took a capture from the Wayback Machine to see what we looked like back then, and posted below is that capture. I think we look a little decidedly different now. And I think my web skills have improved. I can even hand code now! A triumph of the will. I’m hoping that for as long as you’ll have me and Tamara keeps that magic coming, we’ll be here for the long haul. As I said do you mind if I pat myself on the back a little….. Ah hell, let’s have a back slapping time. I want to send out a personal thank you to Hurley for her generosity in handing over to me her hard work at what was EVE. Secondly I want to thank you, my visitors who have come here and continued to support me and the work I offer. My gratitude is beyond words. Most of all I want to thank the one person who made this all possible. And that person is the one and only Tamara Braun. It is my honour to keep this site up as a dedication to your gracious spirit and your immense talent, beauty and grace. It has been a pleasure getting to know you and to make this site for you. Some things have been going on behind the scenes you might not be aware of, but I’ve been mulling something over in this brainium of mine and I decided something that I think you’ll all be very happy about. This decision has to do with something you guys have been writing to me about for a while. That thing is, I’ve decided to reactivate the two media sites I had on Tamara. So what does this mean, exactly? It means that for right now I decided to get the soap opera site back up and running first. It’s taken the better part of the week to get all the bugs worked out and tonight I finally got those exterminated and the site is now back up. Right now there are no new videos added. What is up there now are some episodes of Tamara from ALL MY CHILDREN as Reese Williams, and the majority are of her as Taylor Raines Walker from her second go around on DAYS OF OUR LIVES. My main impetus currently is to get all her work as Ava Vitali up considering her upcoming return in December…oh why does that have to be so damn far away? I hope you will be happy of this decision as I know I’ve had a lot of emails regarding this. So enjoy. Just click on the banner below to go there. Well, we’re still on and I’m glad because I’m going to get the chance to wish Tamara a Happy 43rd Birthday. Gosh she barely looks 30. She’s looking so lovely these days. What’s her secret? I won’t be able to get it back up for two weeks until I get paid.
