Tamara’s Return to “General Hospital”
Author: tamara braun online | Posted On: April 02, 2014

Hi guys. My apologies for not having been around, but I’ve had some health issues and my mom hasn’t been well. I wanted to let you know that I have Tamara’s episode of GENERAL HOSPITAL from April Fool’s Day for the GENERAL HOSPITAL 51st Anniversary. I’ll try to get that capped up and up sometime later today. I know I still haven’t gotten the media site or the soap site back up, but I’m working on it. I’ll try to have an alternative for viewing the clip here. Stay tuned.

Onto a shallow note, didn’t Tamara look amazing? It seems like she’s drawn some elixir or something. She positively glowed. Dare I say Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) looked happy to have her back? I have to still my heart though. Seeing her was both heartwarming and heartwrenching to know it was only a one off. Though during the live tweeting session, Tamara did say she had to “get back to the set.” Could that mean our girl is working on something? Here’s hoping it’s something a little more permanent. It is pilot season after all. Anyway good to see her back. Below is a preview pic. My only gripe about the episode was its shunning of the lovely Jennifer Bransford’s contribution to the character of Carly. I found that just a little insulting.

No apologies needed. Recently had major surgery on my elbow and am dealing with a very sick parent myself. Understand your situation. Thanks for the new Tamara material. Loved her episode. Just wish she had been on longer. Miss her Carly so much. Laura is doing a good job, but Tamara has always been my favorite.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding. I just had surgery to remove some polyps from my nether region. My mom had Colorectal Cancer and I went in and got screened. The procedure was a bit more invasive than I would have liked, but hey nothing bad to report. Thankfully. I hope you’re feeling better and that your parent (mom/dad) is doing better. My mom’s 90 this year and so it’s been a bit of a haul the past three years with over a dozen different and/or recurring things. My fingers crossed for your and his/her recovery.

As for the episode, I agree. I wish her scenes were longer. And I miss her Carly too. However, the only way in which we differ is that I cannot stand Laura Wright. I feel her comment after taking over with “I’m playing my Carly closer to the original,” just rubbed me the wrong way and I feel she negated the totality of Tamara’s run and with the treatment Jennifer Bransford received, well I’m not too happy with what they’ve done with Carly. Good thing I’ve only viewed a few episodes since Jennifer was let go.

    Thanks for your comment.

Missed that comment by Laura.Changes my thoughts for her. Very low/classless comment. Feel as though Tamara would never say that about another. She appears to be a classy person.
Glad to hear things turned out alright. My Dad is 82 and has been diagnosed with Liver and Kidney cancer. We were recently told the cancer has spread and there’s nothing that they can do. He was told maybe six months.
