I finally have some event images for you. Tamara looked just stunning at the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala. I’m trying to get a hold of some of Tamara’s other event images from 2011 and some from 2010, but my HI-RES source has dried up. I was lucky to get these. Also I wanted to let you know I’m working on a new layout. This one has been up a long time and I think the site needs a refresher. I’m hoping to have it done by Tamara’s birthday on April 18. Keep your fingers crossed. Hope you enjoy these.

I’d also like to introduce you to one of my newest sites. It’s dedicated to actor Keir Dullea who starred in the 1968 Stanley Kubrick masterpiece 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY. The site is called ODYSSEY ~ KEIR DULLEA ONLINE. I hope you come by just to take a look. I know I’m proud of it. I know what you might be thinking, “An old guy! What’s this about?” Yeah, I can see what you’re saying but for me I’ve been an admirer of Keir’s work for some time now. He’s one of the most underrated actors who like Tamara is a Yoga enthusiast having begun doing it back in 1968 and still looks amazing even though he’ll be 76 the end of May. Keir is also classically trained and loves the stage and doing independent films. He’s due to be seen in the indie film ISN’T IT DELICIOUS with his wife, the actress Mia Dillon. So if you’d like to check out a real actor’s work, feel free to click the image below.

I managed to find some images of Tamara from soap scooper Michael Fairman’s 50th birthday bash. I’m sorry they’re not HQ, but they were all I could find. But at least we have a siting for the new year. It looks like Tamara has gone back to her brunette colour. She looks stunning though. The ‘scoop’ on how I found out about this is, I post regularly to the boards at SoapCentral.com and Dan J. Kroll who owns the website has a regular Sirius radio show. Each week he interviews people from the soap world, but sometimes he has a phone in show where he answers questions from the fans. Well, I called in because I wanted to find out three things. The first was about Ted King‘s newly minted role on ONE LIFE TO LIVE, next was where Stephen Nichols had gone on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, last but not least, where Tamara was these days and whether we’d be seeing her again. Kroll told me that Tamara had attended Fairman’s birthday bash. So I of course Googled and found these. Again not the greatest quality, but good to see Tamara. I did download the program from Kroll’s site in MP3 format. If anyone would like me to clip out my section, let me know and I’ll post it. But not until.

***NOTE TO SELF: Always remember Div tags in post. Must remember div tags in post……

Okay, I made you wait long enough. Here are the event images of Tamara attending the Los Angeles Premiere of the film “Faster”. They’re a mixture of MQ and HQ. Enjoy. I’m not going to post any thumbs for the album as I’m in the process of getting the site prepared for the new layout.

We have a Tamara siting, at last! Thanks to Lori for navigating me to these. Tamara attended an art exhibit in Los Angeles on November 12. She looks lovely, as always. So good to see her in whatever capacity. Hope you enjoy these. Again, if you’d like to comment, please use the Shoutmix in the sidebar. Until I get the new layout done and the new content management system up you won’t be able to use the regular comment section on the posts. Sorry.

As for that new layout, I’m hoping it’ll be done soon. I really want to give the site a facelift for both my sake and for you guys who’ve stuck by me all these years.

***NOTE: If you’re going to repost these someplace else, please credit here as the source. Just a curtosey.

Here is the Emmy Night roundup. Sorry I didn’t have these up last night. I’ve been feeling a little under the weather lately, and just kind of went to be feeling a little more euphoric than I likely would have. I’m so proud of Tamara. She was humble as always in accepting her award, and I loved she didn’t have anything prepared. It must have been the night for improv reactions. Vincent Irrizary and Darin Brook’s ‘f-bomb’ was just what old-style awards shows used to be about. The spontineity of them all. But in the end, Tamara’s now in a different realm. With that little guy in her possession, the sky’s the limit. I couldn’t be happier that her mother Reneta was there with her. Fitting she’s been with Tamara throughout all the successes. A special shout out to Tamara’s mom for raising such a wonderful daughter. And thank you Tamara for making my night. I’ve got watermarked images from various news photographic sites for you. I might have some HI-RES ones a bit later. I’ll post anew when I get them. I have video of the entire night with Tamara vis a vi OBSCURE MEDIA. Enjoy.

I was able to obtain some HQ images of Tamara from the BROADWAY CARES/EQUITY FIGHTS AIDS benefit. There aer seven HIRES images in total. If anyone went to this event and would like to donate their images to TAMARA OBSCURA, please click on the EMAIL link above where it says “Tamara Obscura Contact” and send them along in a zip file. Include the name you’d like to be credited with and if you ahve a favourite website you’d like included.

“A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away …..”I know, you’re expecting to hear the opening fanfare from the excellent John Williams conducted score to one of the six “Star Wars” films (whether that be original or prequels) but I’m only just now getting to the backlog. My apologies for having been gone. I know I posted last week I’d have an update, but, but, but….Ah, I just couldn’t get to it before now. I have no ‘my dog ate my homework’ excuses this time. Problem has been my arm. The doctor thinks I may have carpel tunnel considering that I have numbness in my left arm and into my thumb, so typing’s been a bit of a problem. Also, I’ve been getting used to my brand spanking new computer. Lappy (my old computer) had Windows XP SP3 on it. This new one (as yet unnamed
