I’ve completed the reorganizing of the gallery. It’s finally the way I’ve been wanting it for some time now. I hope it’s easier to access Tamara’s work in terms of finding whatever television show or film she was in. I still have just a little more tiding up within the various sections but by and large it’s done. While cleaning things up I realized I didn’t have some of Tamara’s television work in the gallery. I’ll be uploading those soon. I also have a couple of articles I want to get in there and in the press section. During the cleaning I also deleted a whole whack of files I really don’t want there any more. Some of those files were in the Arthouse section. I’ve decided to not keep those in the gallery, rather, I’ll be moving them to the main site in the Multimedia section. I’m going to be organizing that in the next few days so you’ll be able to find that stuff there. I also have deleted the video zip files. I’ve decided they are going to be added in the form of videos to the main media and soap site. I know there are some people who would like to download and view them on iPods and other iPhones, iPads, Smartphones and the like, but the media sites are viewable on these devices so you can watch them there. Another reason I did this was to free up space for Tamara’s upcoming role on NECESSARY ROUGHNESS. Given there are over 70,000 screencaps in there already, I needed to make the cut somewhere. That’s where I made the decision. I’m also considering deleting some of the files to replace with better quality versions of the screencaps or replacing them with files I received from Hurley when she handed her site’s content over to me. Yeesh, did I say ‘house cleaning’? I must either be in an alternate universe or insane. Yeah, I hate housework so sue me! Actually I’m going to be doing a major overhaul of the gallery. There is a lot of flotsam in there and it’s hugely disorganized I’m very unhappy. I’ve learned a lot about setting up galleries since my first installation of this website six loooooong years ago and I want to employ that set up for the gallery here. So this is going to entail a lot of moving and deleting as necessity calls. I don’t plan on taking the gallery off line, I know I’d have a full scale Tamara riot on my hands. Oh no! I will not face that. So please don’t be too alarmed if you see some things happening that might be considered hinky. I love hinky so that’s why I’m going to be doing this. The reason I’m doing this is to prepare for Tamara’s start on NECESSARY ROUGHNESS. I’m also in the process of trying to complete Tamara’s time on DAYS OF OUR LIVES as Taylor and get the screencaps in the gallery and the clips in the soap media site. I’ve been too remiss in getting those done. So during this time please be patient. In the end it’ll be worth it. Another thing, the main site is going to be undergoing some minor touch ups. I want to add some things here that will bring it more into line with my other sites. With Christopher Meloni done his work on the HBO series TRUE BLOOD and Mitch Pileggi done on DALLAS until January, I’ve found I have a lot of time on my hands…well, almost. I’m still taking care of my mother who is still rehabbing from her hip operation but in between my duties for her and the regular stuff here at home, I want to get this site a little more organized. I hope you’ll like that in the end. For now, take care and be safe.

Roughness Adds GH Vet and More!
• General Hospital alumna Tamara Braun is headed to Necessary Roughness as Dr. Dani’s little sis, TVGuide.com reports. The suds vet will first appear in Episode 14 of the USA Network drama’s current second season, the second half of which is slated to bow next year.
Looks like Tamara will first air this season, then return for the second half of season two next year. I’ll try to get a clarification on her first airdate and continuation.
Apparently Tamara is joining the show this according to Soaps.com.
Necessary Roughness Casts Ex-Days Of Our Lives Tamara Braun.
New series.
“DOOL” alum Tamara Braun (ex-Taylor, ex-Ava) is heading to Primetime. She will be joining the cast of the series, “Necessary Roughness.” Braun has been cast as Ronnie, the erratic sister of series regular Dani (Callie Thorne). The series follows the hectic life of a psychotherapist/single mom and her rotating door of famous clients.
“Necessary Roughness” airs on the USA network on Wednesdays at 10:00 PM EST. Look for Braun to make her first appearance in episode 14.

I might say that I had hoped Tamara would join the DALLAS reboot. There’s a storyline on that show right now that has the character of Ann Ewing (Brenda Strong) have a secret daughter with her ex-husband Harris Ryland played by the wonderful Mitch Pileggi. Wishful thinking I guess.
Tamara let it slip at her July 22 event that she had something coming up. Apparently she’s signing up for NECESSARY ROUGHNESS on USA. Not sure if it’s a longterm role or just a guest starring. Here is the information. More below the cut.
Necessary Roughness Exclusive: Meet Dr. Dani’s Sister!
Look who’s coming to dinner on Necessary Roughness!
General Hospital alum Tamara Braun has been cast as Dr. Dani’s younger sister, Ronnie, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.
Ronnie is described as sassy, sexy and someone who loves making unannounced visits. She will first pop up in Episode 14 of Season 2, which all during the second half of the season.
In addition to playing Carly Corinthos on General Hospital from 2001 to 2005, Braun also appeared on All My Children from 2008 to 2009 and, most recently, on Days of Our Lives last year.
Necessary Roughness airs Wednesdays at 10/9c on USA.
So are we excited? I know I am. As usual, I’ll be providing the latest in Tamara’s work and TAMARA OBSCURA will have the screencaps and clip up as soon as possible after she airs.
