Here finally is Thursday’s episode of GENERAL HOSPITAL. Sorry it took me so long to get it up but my on demand service was giving me hassles when I was trying to record and I didn’t get a good rendering when I clipped it up so I had to go back and re-clip and render. All during that scene with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) when they were introducing themselves, I was yelling at the screen, “PANIC ROOM PANIC ROOM PANIC ROOM!”
I’ve added some new scans to the gallery. It’s an article on Jacklyn Zeman (Bobbie Spencer) where she discusses her 40 years on GENERAL HOSPITAL. She talks about working with Tony Geary (Luke), Genie Francis (Laura), Kin Shriner (Scotty) and the late Gloria Monty. The pertinent part though is she mentions Tamara being back on the show. I’ll just include that section here, but I’m getting the very real feeling given what she says, Jackie would have loved to have had Tamara return as Carly. She speaks about Tamara with such love and affection of that of a mother with a daughter. I’m thinking the same way.
Zeman is downright giddy over the recent GH return of Tamara Braun, who from 2001-05 played her daughter, Carly, and is now playing Kim Nero. “I want scenes with her so bad!” she chuckles. “I just think that would be really fun for the fans, for our viewers and the GH family, to see us two in scenes together, so I do hope that they will give us something to do. I just love her. She is such a talented actress and a really, really special person. I just love her heart, her soul and her spirit.” The pair has kept in touch over the years. “We both love theater, so we’re together a lot, because we go and see pretty much everything that comes to L.A., and we’d get together for lunch every once in a while. It’s just great to have her back.”

Here is today’s media. Sorry it’s so late but lots of things happening right now and couldn’t get to it till now. So much of Tamara’s isms today reminded me too much of Carly. How she took Jason/Patient6’s (Steve Burton) face, her voice, some of the clumsiness. That was all Carly.
I need some help people. I need some help deciding on what to do with my Tamara DAYS OF OUR LIVES clips to add to the media section. It’s her role as Ava I’m explicitly talking about. What I need to know is this, I have two sets of clips. The fist set are those I received from Hurley when she gave me her site’s content many moons ago. The other set are the ones I recorded during Tamara’s time on DAYS back in 2008. Hurley’s are in relatively good shape, but none include Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla’s (Mary Beth Evans) scenes where they talk about Ava, however, mine do. I have all Stephen’s work as Steve. Those are in fairly good condition, though a little washed out I can correct at the time of ripping. So here’s my question to you: Which clips would you like? Would you like the ones with Ava solely, or the extended ones with Steve and Kayla talking about Ava. Please vote in the poll. Since I’m going to be be busy this week with Tamara’s GENERAL HOSPITAL episodes, I’m going to leave the poll open for a few days. Please feel free to vote.
