Some new scans from ABC Soaps In Depth. The first upload is from the recent Daytime Emmy Awards. Tamara attended with her GENERAL HOSPITAL family and celebrated after the event with her friends.

I’ve got some new scans for the gallery and two new articles added to the press section. First is a small interview with Garren Stitt (Oscar Nero) who gave an exit interview on his departure from GENERAL HOSPITAL. Here he shares his love for the fans and for the chance to play this story, but most especially he shares his love for Tamara. Next is an interview with Tamara on filming Oscar’s death scenes and her shared mutual love for Garren and how she’ll miss him. The final two are one page of Tamara with Garren at the NATAS (National Academy and Television Arts & Sciences) event. Lastly a couple of letters mailed into Soap Opera Digest’s Mailbag section on Oscar’s passing. Those last two will remain as just scans since there is no real interview with Tamara. If you want to read the articles without having to click on them to enlarge them in the gallery, please feel free to click on the press section link in the top menu. You’ll find the newer articles at the top of the header section with the blue check mark at the end. Enjoy

Second addition is a pictorial of the character Jasper Jacks played by Ingo Radamacher who has returned to GENERAL HOSPITAL after a stint on The Bold & The Beautiful as Rick Forrester. Here shows Ingo’s evolution as Jax including a photo of Ingo with Tamara from back in 2001 when she played Carly. At that point you’ll remember Carly and Jax were trying to open up Club 101.

New Scans Pt1

New press scan. Here is an article from Soap Opera Digest’s Hot Plots section. Here GENERAL HOSPITAL writer Shelly Altman talks about the aftermath of Oscar’s (Garren Lake Stitt) death and his funeral. I’m including the text of the article here instead of putting it in the press section since there is no direct mention of Tamara, or her words.

GENERAL HOSPITAL Oscar’s Life Celebrated

Per Oscar’s wishes, Ned and Olivia put together a memorial to his life. Sets up Co-Head Writer Shelly Altman, “His loved ones, friends and family receive messages to gather and instead of mourn his death, celebrate his life.”

That is a challenge for his parents, Kim and Drew. “It doesn’t matter how much time you have to prepare or how certain the fate is; the loss is profound,” Altman sighs. “They are respecting Oscar’s wishes about how he wants to be put to rest and remembered, but it is a very difficult day for them.” Ditto Josslyn. “She’s a little bit in denial and she resists following Oscar’s instructions from the grave. But ultimately, she needs to be as strong as she’s ever been in her life.” Cameron also summons his inner strength. “He’s having a difficult time, but he receives help from a surprising source to get through it.”

Others present “have lost people close to them and can’t help being reminded of those losses. It is a day of mixed emotions that really runs the gamut. They are all honoring his life, but it was such a short life; they can’t help but be affected by that.”

New Scan :: 04/29/2019 – “Roundup”

New scan for the gallery press section. I’m not including the text of this in the actual press section as it’s not really long enough for that. I will include it here though. Tamara was asked what she would do if she won the lottery. Her answer was funny in typical Tamara fashion.

What would you do if you won the lottery?
Tamara Braun (Kim, GH)
“How much did I win? Was it like a $2 scratch-off of the Mega Powerball thing? Because if it’s the scratch-off, I think I’ll by some black veggan licorice. If it’s the Powerball? Lots and lots of licorice.”
