While watching my new Blu-Ray copy of the film Black Hawk Down starring the gorgeous Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister, Game of Thrones, currently being seen in Mama and soon Oblivion), I thought I’d post this. The good news: I have the promo from Tamara’s episode of NECESSARY ROUGHNESS. The bad news: Tamara’s not in it. It’ll give you a little primer for the show though. Again, sorry I don’t have anything with Tamara in it. Don’t forget it airs next Wednesday at 10:00 PM EST. That is February 06, 2013. What do you think of Callie Thorne who plays Dani? I think she and Tamara could very well be sisters.

I finally have some more information about Tamara’s upcoming role as Ronnie Santino in the series NECESSARY ROUGHNESS. The episode is #14 of season two and is called The Fall Guy. I’m trying to find some stills from the episode but so far nada. Here is a bit on what the episode is about.

Dr. Dani tries to help hot-tempered Coach Purnell keep his cool. Nico and Matt investigate a major scandal. TK turns to the Hawks’ Quarterback to try and get himself back up to #1 wide out. On the eve of Angela’s birthday, Dani’s sister comes to town.

This week (I’m a couple days late) is an image from Tamara’s indie film LITTLE CHENIER.

Tamara plays Marie-Louise LeBauve from the independent film ‘Little Chenier.’ In this scene Marie-Louise has just confronted her husband Carl (Jeremy Davidson) over her never-ending love for Beaux Dupuis. After the confrontation Carl speeds off in his police car to confront Beaux (Johnathon Schaech).
I think this was one of Tamara’s most heartbreaking roles. I loved this scene. She played it for real and for Marie-Louise’s heart and love for Beaux. The scene after where she falls to her knees was visceral and one of the reasons Tamara continues to make an impression on me.
I’m going to start a weekly thing in The Picture of the Week in which I’ll post a picture from the gallery and anyone who wants to discuss it can. I’ll do it on every Sunday, but I’ll post the picture I am tonight and then choose one for next week on Sunday. Okay for this week I’m choosing this one:

For me I’d have to say it’s the sense of parity between both Tamara and Thorsten. I loved their chemistry. I know the chemistry was supposed to be between Reese and Bianca (Eden Riegel) but I just adored the way both Tamara and Thorsten just keyed into each others rhythms. I also loved that Tamara was acting with someone who was her equal. I came to love Thorsten through his scenes with Tamara. So feel free to comment.
I also know the site has been down for most of the day. Apparently my host has been performing maintenance on their servers and it was necessary to deactivate those sites on those servers. Everything is back up and running. Thank the gods for that.
I’m just getting this in through various sources as well as news feeds. According to what I’ve received Tamara will be joining THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS in a contract role either as a new character named Rosanna Tyler who would be sharing her first scenes with Billy (Billy Miller), or as the recast of Heather Williams formerly played by Tamara’s on-screen wife, Eden Riegel (Bianca, AMC). Don’t know what to believe but as things break I’ll be posting. Personally if she is joining the show I’d kill for her to be a former flame of Tucker McCall’s played by Tamara’s DAYS OF OUR LIVES love interest Stephen Nichols. I’m really not too sure how reliable this news is because it’s saying that Tamara’s first airdate will be the second week in November. Y&R tapes about a month in advance and so far with all the cost cutting I’m not sure they can afford Tamara on the budget. Add to that the fact that the new Executive Producer is Jill Farren Phelps, yep…that JFP, not sure how well that’s going to go in terms of Tamara joining the show. Considering that JFP’s cost cutting has included getting rid of Genie Francis, Debbi Morgan and Marcy Rylan. If true this will make it all three networks in which Tamara has appeared in the soap opera format.
