You might notice the posting about Tamara’s family member Lauren Spierer is on the top of the main post page. I’ve moved it up as a sticky and it will remain there until Lauren’s disposition is known. I don’t want her to be forgotten in amongst all the other posts. This is important. I loved todays eppy with Tamara holding her own against Joseph Mascolo (Stefano DiMera). If anything this scene should be the one that keeps her on the show. Why? Not enough really strong women on the soaps these days. I loved how Taylor under Tamara’s deft handling didn’t become another one of Stefano’s dismissals. It seemed to me that Joe Mascolo was enjoying his ‘tit-for-tat’ banter with Tamara. To me, I really feel that Tamara’s time on this show was cut way too short. She needed more time to iron out Taylor’s past idosyncracies. This episode alone should have shown why Ken Corday has made a big mistake.

Many, many, many apologies for not having had these updates up as they’ve aired. A lot of stuff happening in my life that I couldn’t avoid being a part of. Also it does take time to get the episode recorded, converted, clipped and screencapped. Unfortunately I am a mega procrastinator and this is what happens…stuff piles up and people get mad at me. This is why I’m not good under pressure…unless it’s the Queen/Bowie version. Then I’m all engaged. Okay, enough preamble. Here’s what you came for…. For those who were regulars at the SONY board, I finally found out what happened. Apparently their boards were hacked by the same people who hacked the Playstation Network. It may be weeks before their boards are back up and running again. Likely all our posts might be gone. But there you are.
I know I haven’t posted the newest screencaps or media, but my media sites are still wonked up. What do I mean by “wonked up”? I just cannot get into the admin panels in order to upload the media to the sites. Until that time, I’m afraid I’ll be a bit behind. As if the downtime wasn’t enough, this insult is added to injury. I know you want the latest media up….alas. I also wanted to issue an invitation to those of you who posted on the SONY board to come on over to my old/new Facebook page. I set it up a while ago with another URL but changed it to use for my own personal account there. I’m hoping it will be the clearing house for all my sites where updates will be posted to the individual sites I own, plus sharing various things like minutae found on the internet. I’m hoping you’ll all come aboard and join me.
I know that both media sites are down right now. I didn’t know anything was amiss until I came online yesterday to make updates to all my sites. I put in a service ticket to my host and finally found out what was going on. Apparently, they are doing maintenence on their servers and conveniently forgot to mention it to their clients. I hope things will be back up soon. I have updates to do on all my sites and would like to get them done today.
